What’s In It for You? Salary Range : $47,000-$49,000/yr. Location : In-person and on-site at our Adult Residential Housing program in Tarpon Springs, Florida. What You’ll Be Doing Provide direct supervision, performance management, training and support to assigned direct service personnel. Participate in the recruitment and selection of assigned direct service personnel. Prepare staffing schedules to meet licensure requirements and program needs. Authorize time and attendance documents for direct reports. Serve as a member of the program’s management or leadership team. Serve as backup to the Program Director and coordinate with clinical and nursing personnel to manage program operations, client care, and staff. Participate in client case staffing and treatment team meetings. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for service provision. Ensure compliance with contract, licensure, accreditation, and certification guidelines. May perform duties assigned to supervisees: program shift coverage, intake/discharges, psycho‑educational/life‑skill groups, security checks, health/safety checks, and drills. Develop and review reports on incident/injury, health/safety, census, behavior management, and other non‑clinical requirements. Serve as liaison with patient referral and funding sources: families, law enforcement, court personnel, and community providers. May coordinate inspections with auditors, vendors, and health and safety officials. Perform other duties as assigned. What Is Required Bachelor’s Degree in human services or business management. One (1) year of team‑lead, supervisory, or other management‑related experience. Eligibility status per Florida Statutes Chapter 435 or Local Law, Level 2 background screening. Ability to make critical decisions in high‑stress situations. Flexible work schedule as needed. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Thorough understanding of operations policies and practices. Physical ability to carry, stoop, speak, and listen. Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and lifting; must lift up to 50 pounds.
