We are looking for a Lending Operations Coordinator to support the lending leadership team and help maintain smooth daily operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who brings strong administrative judgment, financial services experience, and a sharp eye for detail in a fast-paced lending environment. The position partners closely with senior leadership to organize reporting, oversee documentation, coordinate budgeting activities, and keep key operational priorities moving forward.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct operational and administrative support to lending leadership, ensuring priorities, deliverables, and follow-up items are handled efficiently.
• Organize and maintain lending policies, procedural records, and controlled documents so materials remain accurate, current, and accessible.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, research assignments, and presentation materials to support decision-making within the lending division.
• Process vendor invoices, assist with accounts payable activities, and track departmental spending against annual budget plans.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal events for the lending team, including scheduling, logistics, and supporting materials.
• Support planning and execution of annual budgeting activities, forecasting needs, and monitoring financial information for the department.
• Assist with risk-related administrative tasks by helping maintain documentation, tracking items for review, and supporting policy compliance efforts.
• Work with lending systems and operational tools, including Encompass, to support document flow, record accuracy, and day-to-day processing needs.• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role within banking, lending, or financial services.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending, business lending, or lending operations processes.
• Experience with accounts payable tasks, including invoice entry, expense tracking, and budget-related support.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage document control, maintain accuracy across records, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with lending policies, lending authority practices, risk management support, or related operational controls.
• Experience using Encompass or comparable lending software is preferred.
