- Valid NY Special Education Certification

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction to meet the varied needs of elementary students with IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive teaching practices and seamless learning experiences
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Cultivate a positive, respectful classroom community that celebrates diversity and inclusion
- Communicate with families regarding student achievements, goals, and strategies for continued support
