Boatyard Manager

Oversee inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking materials. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Supervise a team of Mechanics and Yard Associates, providing guidance and support as needed. Train new employees on yard procedures and safety protocols. Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the yard. Implement and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Continue to Grow Goodwin Marine Services by recruiting new talent to join our team and customers to serve Requirements: Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage resources. Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets. Excellent leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers. Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company standards. Experience in training development to create effective training programs for employees. A solid understanding of Marine Mechanics and industry seasonality.
