Role Description The Clinical Partnerships role is a full-time, on-site position based in Central New Jersey. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic clinical and referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and other behavioral health providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach, presenting Emerald Wellness services to prospective partners, and coordinating partnership agreements and referral pathways. The role involves analyzing partnership performance, tracking key metrics, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care for clients. The individual in this position will also participate in community events, facilitate educational sessions for partners, and support continuous improvement of Emerald Wellness’s network of clinical relationships.

• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and convert prospective partners into active collaborators.
• Relevant qualifications include experience in mental health or healthcare settings, familiarity with referral and care coordination processes, and knowledge of behavioral health and substance use services.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a degree in a related field (such as psychology, social work, public health, business, or healthcare administration), ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency in using CRM or partnership management tools.
