OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Monroe, LA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD’s OTR dry van team serving Monroe, LA, and run solo long-haul lanes nationwide. You’ll operate modern tractors (less than three years old) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleepers, supported by dedicated in-house maintenance. Routes average about 2,500 miles per week; pay begins at 65¢/mile with added safety, inspection and referral bonuses.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely transport dry van freight across regional and national lanes in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, conduct pre/post-trip inspections and basic upkeep.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedule adherence.

Requirements: valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience. Home every two weeks and full benefits available.
