Pro Sales Customer Care Specialist

Percepta LLC in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Pro Sales Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for dealership personnel and vehicle owners, delivering accurate, timely responses and maintaining a high level of customer service. In this role you will document contacts, assist customers through multiple systems, and contribute to process improvements.
