Revenue Operations Manager

Nesto is an AI-powered workforce management platform built for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Founded by engineers from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, the company supports over 3,000 restaurant locations across Europe - managing scheduling, demand forecasting, HR workflows, and payroll preparation for more than 100,000 employees daily. Customers include McDonald's, L'Osteria, and Lagardère, with McDonald's European franchise operators reporting a 9% reduction in staff costs and a 22% productivity improvement after deployment. Nesto scaled to over €5M ARR without external funding before closing an €11M growth equity round in April 2026, backed by Expedition Growth Capital, to scale its commercial team and expand across DACH and Europe. Role Mandate We are hiring a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to support and optimise our go-to-market engine, with a clear focus on systems, automation and data-driven decision making. This is a foundational hire and the first RevOps role in the business. We are looking for someone hands‑on who can build from scratch, take ownership of core systems and processes, and grow into a broader RevOps leadership role as the company scales. Responsibilities Own and manage HubSpot as the central CRM and revenue system Build and maintain reporting, dashboards and pipeline visibility Implement automation across the sales funnel, including use of AI tools Ensure data quality, structure and consistency across systems Support sales with pipeline management, forecasting and performance tracking Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align processes Contribute to building a scalable and repeatable revenue engine Qualifications 2–4 years’ experience in RevOps, Sales Ops or similar role Strong experience with HubSpot (essential) Exposure to AI tools and automation workflows Highly analytical with strong attention to detail Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales and finance teams Hands‑on mindset with the ability to build and execute independently Experience in a SaaS or startup environment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
