System Development Engineer, Platform Engineering - Seattle

Salary: $129,200 - 174,800 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or CSSLP certification.
• We require at least 2 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• We require at least 1 year of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• We require 5 years of administrative experience with networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering.
• We require strong knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems.
• We require programming experience in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• We require a current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
• We require that the selected candidate currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance, and after starting, obtain and maintain TS/SCI with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency supported.

• We design, deploy, monitor, and automate infrastructure, tools, and systems that provide a highly available and resilient platform for our customers and our teams workloads.
• We participate in on-call coverage, typically one week in every six.
• When incidents occur, we work together to identify and fix the root cause so the same issue does not recur.
