Route Sales Representative

Descriptions & requirements $76800 / year target earnings Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores. In this role, you drive a FritoLay truck to various stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain records throughout the day. Responsibilities Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team members. Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off and schedule with time. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment. Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain additional licenses as required by state law.
