The FP&A Senior Analyst will bridge financial, operational, and data teams to improve reporting efficiency, enhance insight generation, and support strategic decision-making as the organization evolves its Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI ecosystem.FP&A Senior AnalystSalary PositionMonday -FridayGreat BenefitsResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and enhance weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages for management, lenders, and parent companyPerform variance analysis across revenue, margins, and operating expenses with clear, actionable insightsSupport covenant reporting, liquidity analysis, and cash forecasting with a high degree of accuracy and detailIdentify financial trends and proactively highlight business risks and opportunitiesPlanning & Business SupportSupport the budgeting and forecasting process, including model preparation, consolidation, and scenario analysisAssist in building and maintaining financial models that support strategic planning and operational decision-makingPartner with Finance and Operations to provide data-driven analysis on business performance and initiativesRespond to ad hoc analysis requests with a focus on decision support—not just data deliveryBusiness Intelligence & Data EnablementContribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support executive decision-makingPartner with IT and Finance to improve data integrity, alignment, and accessibility across ERP and reporting systemsHelp define KPI logic, reporting standards, and data structures to ensure consistency across the organizationSupport the transition from manual reporting to scalable, automated reporting environmentsProcess Improvement & Reporting TransformationIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data manipulationConsolidate, simplify, and rationalize existing reports to focus on high-value insightsAssist in documenting data sources, reporting methodologies, and calculation logicParticipate in initiatives to improve reporting cycle efficiency and shorten time-to-insightClose & Data Integrity SupportSupport post-close reporting process, including validation of financial data and preparation of supporting schedulesInvestigate discrepancies across systems and work cross-functionally to resolve data issuesEnsure consistency between ERP, planning tools, and reporting outputsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting3–6+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or reporting experienceStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExperience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics and/or Prophix a plusExperience with Power BI or similar BI tools (or strong aptitude to develop)Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large datasetsAbility to translate financial data into actionable business insightsWe are always on the lookout for people who bring fresh perspective and life experiences to our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sri Healthcare
