Summary:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy OR (Operating Room) department required. Epic experience is also a must. - **Licensure/Certifications:** Nursing license verification through Nursys is required. - **Testing/Exams:** Basic Pharmacology Exam, Specialty Exam, and Core Competencies Exam are needed for onboarding. - **Health and Safety:** COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap, and Physical/Health Statement are required for onboarding. - **Professional:** Resume, two references, Social Security Card, Criminal Background Check, Driver's License/State ID, and Form I-9 are required. - **Additional Compliance:** Drug Screening, Color-blind test, OIG check, SAM/EPLS check, and Onboarding Education Attestation are required for onboarding.
