Talent Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Build and expand a portfolio of clients through cold-calling, video meetings, networking, and in-person visits to decisionmakers (such as CIOs, Technology Directors, and HR leaders).
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and match high-caliber candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent positions.
- Client & Candidate Advisory: Act as a trusted market advisor, delivering salary insights, hiring trends, and ongoing relationship management before, during, and after placement.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain active talent pools and CRM databases (such as Salesforce) to track client interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Target Achievement: Work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment to meet or exceed individual and team revenue goals.
