Part-Time Front Desk Associates (FDAs) at Myo Brentwood

We're looking for an exceptional part-time Front Desk Associates (FDAs) to join our dynamic team at Myo Brentwood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.

The ideal candidate is available to work two shifts per week (2-3 shifts flexibility between AM/PM 1 weekend availability).

Below are the available shifts we are hiring for:

• Monday PM: 1:00 PM 8:15 PM
• Wednesday AM: 6:45 AM 1:45 PM or Friday AM: 6:45 AM 3:15 PM
• Sunday: 7:45 AM 4:15 PM (required)

FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered. What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication
• Guide new clients through Myo's services with clear, confident messaging
• Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
• Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
• Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
• Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
