Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, adhere to relevant laws and policies, and complete necessary training. Required Credentials Graduation from, or current enrollment in, a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist assistant or physical therapist program. International graduates from non-CAPTE accredited programs must have a substantially equivalent education. A current, valid state license, registration, or certification is required, or candidates must be in the process of obtaining one. Essential Functions Follow state Practice Act and Our clients policies. Review and adhere to Clinical Operations Policies & Procedures Manual annually. Complete required Medicare and OSHA training. Evaluate, treat, and document patient care accurately. Maintain clear documentation of patient progress and medical necessity. Communicate respectfully with all stakeholders. Attend facility meetings and complete required continuing education. Additional Responsibilities Meet productivity requirements and participate in clinical in-services. Stay updated on healthcare and physical therapy developments. Contribute to specific center operations and handle special projects as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Effective team collaboration and leadership. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and computer skills for documentation and reporting. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and reaching.
