ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been a State Farm agent for 18 years and recently expanded by acquiring a second office. Today, our team includes nine team members across both locations, all working together to help our customers build stronger financial futures.

I’m a proud parent of three very active kids and love supporting organizations in our community, especially those that empower women, such as Opening Doors and She Unites. Giving back and supporting others is a big part of what motivates both me and our team.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rachel FitzPatrick - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
