As a MDS Nurse RN, your experienced nursing skills will be utilized as you conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the completionof CAAsand Care Planning. Thisrole willcover 2 of our SNF facilities, on site on rotating days- Marquis Wilsonville and Marquis Hope Village(Canby) . It willinclude coordination withDirect care staff, residents/families,Physicians, healthcare providersand facility inter-disciplinary teams- as you complete the assigned MDS assessments. MDS experience recommended, not required. RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
