What You'll Build The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Operations Co-ordinator *Location: Newtown Square, PA Expected start date: October 2026*Contract Duration: 6 months Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to help the team run smoothly.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and project progress.
• Create clear, engaging slide decks for internal meetings and presentations.
• Support staffing and scoping activities by collecting data and coordinating resources.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Learn SAP Analytics Cloud and develop and maintain dashboards on the platform

What You'll Bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a non STEM field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Comfortable creating professional presentations in PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
