About the Role We're looking for an experienced, organized camp director to oversee all three of our summer camps at Solterra this season. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of each camp, managing counselors on-site, and serving as the primary point of contact for residents and our HOA partner. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all three summer camps (Soccer Skills, Multi‑Sport Adventure, Arts & Crafts) Manage and supervise camp counselors throughout each program Oversee equipment setup and breakdown each day Serve as the primary point of contact for resident questions and concerns on-site Soccer coaching needed Compensation $16–$19 per hour, based on experience. Schedule Soccer Skills Camp: June 16–18 | 9:00–11:30AM Multi‑Sport Adventure Camp: June 23–25 | 9:00AM–12:00PM Arts & Crafts Camp: July 21–23 | 9:30AM–12:30PM Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in camp management or youth programming leadership CPR, AED certification required Background check required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage staff and handle on‑site problem solving in a fast‑paced environment Professional and community‑oriented demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
