RECEPTIONIST / MAIL CLERK

Location: Immokalee, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals  is seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist / Mail Clerk to provide front-office and administrative support for our client in Immokalee, FL

The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, and callers in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
• Receive, sort, distribute, and organize incoming mail.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception and office area.
• Provide courteous assistance to visitors and employees.
• Perform other general clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable navigating though MS Word and Outlook programs.
• Professional telephone and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable and punctual with a professional attitude.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
