Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Services professional. The Office Services professional will be responsible for managing office operations, including mail distribution, office supplies maintenance, and facilities coordination.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in office management or related field
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage mail distribution, including incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings and events
- Handle office-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smoothly functioning office environment
