Job Type Part Time Workspace On‑Site About the Role Role Description The Marketing Associate at MeritBey supports the execution of marketing initiatives that build brand visibility, generate demand, and communicate MeritBey’s research and digital intelligence capabilities to global audiences. This role works closely with content, digital, design, and business teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across channels. The ideal candidate is creative, data‑driven, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, insight‑led organization. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, email, and paid channels Assist in creating and managing marketing content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics Manage and update website content, landing pages, and marketing collateral Support lead generation and nurturing activities in collaboration with sales and account teams Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities Assist with event marketing, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives Maintain marketing databases, tools, and CRM systems Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are followed across all materials Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, basic paid ads) Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking Experience with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media schedulers (preferred) Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑growing environment About the Company At MERIT BEY, we believe true digital success goes beyond technology—it’s built on deep understanding, strong foundations, and meaningful collaboration.
