Business Services Manager

Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, bank deposits, and petty cash. Manage revenue cycle functions including participant billing, third-party payer relations, claims processing, and participants' monthly invoices to ensure accurate participant invoices. Manage vendors responsible for revenue cycle functions including but not limited to participant billing, claims processing, third-party payer relations, and follow-up on delinquent accounts to support financial sustainability. Assist with monitoring of agency budget, including departmental budgets and coding/cost center best practices. Manage Medicare/Medicaid payments and adjustments by analyzing monthly payments, reporting outstanding receivables for resolution and reconciliation. Practice proper accounting procedures and maintain appropriate controls. Manage the agency’s collection policies and procedures. Ensure payments are posted accurately and on a timely basis. Administrative Operations Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth functioning of business operations. Oversee the completion of yearly agency insurance applications and renewals. Create donor acknowledgement letters, grant compliance, and board committee reporting for nonprofit functions. Oversee office and medical supply inventory, vendor negotiations, and collaborate with Facilities and Safety Coordinator regarding equipment maintenance.
