Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity while helping to support authorized entry procedures, building rules, and tenant-related requests in a professional manner.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of daily activities, incidents, and property observations, and/or communicate notable conditions during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
