Build your career in mortgageyour path starts here. We're hiring 10 motivated individuals to join our mortgage operations team at our Salt Lake headquarters. These aren't rigid, pre-defined rolesinstead, we're looking for high-potential people we can place where they'll thrive based on their strengths, work ethic, and attitude. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the business from the inside, and carve out your own path. Where you go from here is up to you.
What you'll do:
- Learn the ins and outs of the mortgage business through hands-on experience
- Support different areas of operations based on team needs and your strengths
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments
- Take initiative, ask questions, and continuously build your knowledge

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Someone who isn't afraid to ask questions and seek help when needed
