Part-time
- Our after-school programs are open Monday through Friday. Counselors must be available to work at least 3 days a week.
- After school hours are generally from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, but vary slightly according to school schedules.
- Recess schedules also vary according to school schedules, but occur between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
- be at least 17 years old and, at minimum, a senior in high school
- have previous job experience working with school-age children (3.5 - 11 yrs. old.) After school or camp experience is preferred.
- enjoy recreational activities, especially games and sports.
- build positive relationships with children and staff
- teach new skills
- lead group games and sports
- encourage children to develop their creative talents
- encourage and support students while they complete their homework
