Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Care for laboring patients, postpartum patients, and high-risk antepartum patients
• Assist with vaginal and c-section deliveries
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans for labor and delivery
• Monitor fetal heart rates using both Novii and GE equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and CNAs
• Document patient information accurately in EMR systems CPN and Meditech

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, or EFM certification
• Experience with fetal scalp electrodes and monitoring
• Preferred experience in Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, or NICU
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
