Overview Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist (PRN/ Per- Diem) Location: NovaCare Havre de Grace, MD Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 /Hr. Incentives: In-person and online CEU Courses NOVACARE in Havre de Grace, Maryland, is seeking local Hand Therapists (Occupational Therapists) for ouroutpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with at least 2 years of hand therapy experience, including splinting and splint fabrication. Additional hand therapists on staff. Schedule: As needed, per diem hours for coverage. Our center is open as early 7A closing at 7P Monday through Friday. Steady hours may be possibleas our referrals grow. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge. Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
