Requirements:

• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Experience answering and routing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a busy office environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and email.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
• Experience handling mail distribution, office equipment, and general clerical tasks is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and guests while providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming front office environment.
• Answer and direct incoming multi-line phone calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
• Provide professional customer service by phone and in person, responding to inquiries and assisting visitors.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, distribute correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail shipments.
• Monitor and manage postage meter usage, ensuring mail is charged to the appropriate accounts.
• Maintain an organized reception area and assist with general administrative and clerical support.
• Distribute newspapers, deliveries, and office communications as needed.
• Assist with additional front office and administrative duties assigned by management.
