Dough receives consistent, great tasting food in a timely manner. This means adhering to menu recipes, staying focused on order times, and being committed to a high-quality guest experience. All D.P. Dough Team Members also take orders and run the cash register and Point of Sale ( POS ) System. Team Members must have the ability to ensure accurate accounting of all transactions. Our guests expect their cash and credit card transactions to be 100% accurate. Responsibilities Provide a great experience to every customer! Comply with all menu recipes, quality standards, and food service safety standards. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Follow opening and closing procedures of each work station, including side work. Serve as an ambassador for D.P. Dough. Work as an active team member with the entire team. Successfully complete the training program. Duties Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations. Learn names and personally recognize our regulars. Cross‑train for other positions as needed such as phone order taker, and order preparation. Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register or POS system. Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable). Clean and maintain equipment and work area associated with the job function. Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to restaurant manager. Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor. Be able to prioritize best routing for more than one delivery at a time. Requirements Enthusiasm. Stay positive. Great employees have positive attitudes. Sense of Urgency. Hours of Operation 4 PM - 2 AM (3 AM Thurs, Fri and Sat) Availability Flexible Late Nights & Weekends are a MUST.
