Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future What to Expect The Production Associate (B-Shift Quart Line Labeler) will operate all packaging equipment to manufacture high quality finished lubricant products in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner. Some of the processes involved use hazardous and volatile materials under high temperature and pressure. Typical working conditions include outside weather and elements, blowing air, heat, noise, vibration and occasionally working from heights and confined spaces. Operators must follow safe work practices including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). In addition, Operators perform various duties required to keep their assigned processing unit/area operating safely and at specified production/run rates. What You'll Do Demonstrate competency to accurately and safely operate all production equipment. Able and willing to work off-shift when operations require Manufacture product according to scheduling requirements and customer needs. Read, understand, and follow documentation necessary to assemble various types of packaged products. Operate, adjust, and monitor production process to achieve optimum efficiency. Adapting to changes in schedule due to customer needs, breakdowns and business needs. Accurately account for all finished product produced and raw materials consumed. Accurately and safely operating all production equipment. Filing a variety of containers from 32 oz. to 330-gallon containers Physically and visually inspecting raw materials, such as containers, and alerting personnel regarding defects. Working independently without constant supervision. Perform all quality checks to ensure finished product is being manufactured as specified Take ownership of all production activities and communicate variances and or concerns to management and scheduling Assure compliance with all Company policies and Heath Safety Environmental Quality (HSEQ) procedures and training requirements. Prioritize and organize required job activities and complete on a timely basis. Maintain proper housekeeping to ascertain a safe and environmentally sound work area. Be physically able to perform assigned tasks. Be a team player focusing on contributing to the organization and communicating with others. Production Associates are required to work the below shift schedules on an as needed basis. Typically, new employees will work A shift during the training period, and then be assigned A, B, or C shift as needed. Shift change notifications typically occur 7 days prior to the change however notice may be less than 7 days depending on the business needs. Compensation This position has a base hourly pay of $29.52. Future pay increases will be based on the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
