We’re hiring a Senior Five9 Architect to lead the design, migration, and optimisation of enterprise-scale cloud contact centre platforms.
This is a senior hands-on architecture role focused primarily on Five9 CCaaS , with additional exposure to Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX and broader cloud-based customer experience technologies .
What you’ll do
- Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise Five9 CCaaS solutions
- Design and optimise:
- ACD
- skills-based routing
- dialler environments
- omnichannel contact flows
- campaign management
- Lead migration from legacy contact centre platforms into Five9
- Deliver CRM / CTI / API / telephony integrations
- Support IVA and conversational AI capabilities using Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX
- Architect secure cloud integrations across modern enterprise platforms
- Drive CI/CD, automation, resilience and observability best practice
Must-have experience
- Strong hands-on Five9 architecture / engineering
- Enterprise CCaaS migration experience
- Five9 API / integration experience
- SIP / WebRTC / telephony integration knowledge
- CRM / CTI integrations
- Cloud architecture understanding (GCP / AWS)
- Security, IAM, OAuth, encryption
