Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Manage high-volume customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide pricing information, product details, and order status updates. Conduct outbound follow-up calls regarding quotes, order discrepancies, and customer needs. Support the Inside Sales team through lead research and account support activities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication. Develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records and customer information in company systems. Customer Service Representative Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales. Experience working in a high-volume customer support environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Experience using CRM, ERP, or similar business software systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision. Experience supporting a sales team is a plus.
