Job Summary:
The Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT) position is located in Berlin, Vermont. This assignment is an urgent need with an anticipated start date of 06/22/2026. The role involves working eight-hour day shifts with a schedule that includes weekend shifts every other week as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support); CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred; certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA); nearly 2 years of experience preferred; work history must include similar size facility and trauma level II or higher; experience with ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, neuro; prior travel experience preferred; work history must include complete information such as bed count, electronic medical record systems, and facility type; candidates must have reliable transportation as public transportation is not accessible in the area.
• Preferred Qualifications: CNOR certification; prior travel experience.
• Additional Information: 8-hour shifts; weekend shifts every other (as needed), not more than once a month if applicable; maximum call once post shift per week and one weekend day per 4-week schedule period.
• Submission Requirements: All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history information is required for submission.
