What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment
• Perform maintenance and preventative service
• Accurately identify problems and provide homeowners with honest recommendations
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Maintain accurate job documentation using mobile technology
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
• Represent Chesapeake Home Services with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using mobile technology (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Backflow Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Pride in producing quality work
• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, attics, and confined spaces
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Overtime available
• Participation in an on-call rotation

Work Location: On the road throughout our service area.
