What you'll do

• Cover the open shifts you've agreed to take
• Give person-centered care to each resident
• Do regular rounds so every resident gets consistent, individual attention
• Document care clearly so the next shift has what it needs
• Work closely with community staff and build real connections with residents

What you'll need

Required:

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or another healthcare setting
• Flu vaccine for shifts inside a UMC community (medical and religious exemptions may be requested)
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Age 18 or older

Pay and benefits:

• Base pay: $34.00/hour
• Shift differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour nights, +$4.00/hour weekends
• Flexible scheduling

Schedule
Per diem. Day, evening, and night shifts available, including weekends. You choose which shifts to pick up.
