Role Description The Business Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located in Eupora, MS. This role is responsible for supporting daily business operations, including managing administrative processes, assisting with financial and budget activities, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Business Coordinator will coordinate schedules, prepare reports, respond to inquiries, and provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external partners. The role also involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The position requires consistent on-site presence to collaborate with team members and support departmental goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, monitor budgets, and support decision‑making. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, documentation, record‑keeping, and workflow coordination. Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance skills, including familiarity with financial processes, invoicing, and budget tracking. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, professionalism, and a focus on positive stakeholder experiences. Relevant qualifications include proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases), strong organizational and time‑management abilities, and attention to detail. Experience in a higher education or public‑sector environment is beneficial, as is prior work in business administration or office coordination. An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
