Helen Porter is a skilled and intermediate care residence which specializes in providing a home-like environment. We are newly renovated with high ceilings, a beautiful courtyard with a water fountain, flowers, gardening, and pergolas, and circadian lights sparkling all throughout the facility.**Job Description:**The RN Nurse Manager is in charge of the Nursing Care of all residents on the units and the staff delegated by the Director of Nursing.**Experience**:* Two or more years of nursing experience in Long Term Care.* One year of administrative or supervisory experience.* Advance preparation in Unit Management and principles of supervision desirable.* Experience in the field as a professional nurse with supervising skills utilized.* Knowledge of and interest in field of geriatrics essential.**Education:*** Graduate from and accredited school of nursing (RN program).* Current license with Vermont State Board of Nursing. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Vermont Medical Center
