Water & Wastewater Engineer - Hybrid, Employee-Owned

HEB Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Water & Wastewater Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Team. This full-time role involves leading various water and wastewater projects for public and private clients. Education: BS or MS in Civil Engineering required. Licensure: PE required. Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of AutoCAD required. Key Requirements: Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and the public. Experience in the design, planning, construction, and management of wastewater treatment, pumping, and piping. Experience in the design, planning, construction, and management of drinking water supply, distribution, storage, and treatment. Ability to perform complex design calculations, reports, plans, estimates, and specifications. Previous experience with NHDES is a plus. Active participation in professional organization(s) is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assist with business development efforts. Assist in the development of project scopes, fees, and schedules. Prepare and review technical calculations, plans, and schedules. Resolve design conflicts and oversee coordination requirements. Review technical content of all work performed under direct supervision. Develop cost estimates and technical reports. Oversee the development of Permitting, Construction, and Bidding documents. Conduct construction observation and administration tasks.
