Supervisor Security

Job Summary Work Schedule : Night Shift, Friday – Sunday 7:00pm-7:30am with added 4 hr. administrative shift during the week. Part of the Entrance Screening Division, the Security Supervisor 1 is responsible for supervising a team of security officers and guest services attendants who conduct entrance screening at designated locations. The Security Supervisor 1 ensures that security screening procedures are effectively implemented, coordinates staff schedules, provides training and guidance, and handles escalated security issues. This role requires strong leadership, a thorough understanding of security screening technology and procedures, and the ability to handle high‑pressure situations calmly and efficiently. Qualifications Education Requirements Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role. High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Experience Relevant Experience Certification and Licensure Valid PA Driver's License IAHSS Basic Level Certification (CHSO) - Must be obtained within 6 months of hire/placement IAHSS Advanced Level Certification (CAHSO) - Must be obtained within 12 months of hire/placement IAHSS Supervisor Level Certification (CHSS) - Must be obtained within 18 months of hire/placement
