Operations
Road Scholar Transport is seeking a dedicated second shift Dispatcher who will play a key leadership role in operational performance, safety compliance, and—critically—building strong, trust‐based relationships with our drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fleet performance
- Build meaningful relationships with drivers through consistent communication, coaching, and support
- Serve as a trusted resource for drivers, promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and safety
- Review and analyze safety metrics, incidents, and operational KPIs
- Partner closely with the Director to implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to connect with and support drivers
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities
