What You'll Do as a Caregiver

As a caregiver at Easy Living Care Home Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members. - Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life. - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents. - Following care plans and ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity and respect.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of caregiving experience. - A compassionate and patient demeanor. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - A commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
