Your Role

As aNursePractitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionatepsychiatriccare to residents in skilled nursing andlong-term caresettings. You will work autonomously whilestaying connected toa robust clinical and administrativesupport team.

KeyResponsibilities:
•Conduct on-sitepsychiatric assessments and medicationmanagement
•Coordinatecareand consult with facility teams (Administrator,Director ofNursing, Social Services)
•Adhere to stateand federal clinical guidelines and PGSprotocols
•Educate staffand support holistic, patient-centered care
•Maintain clear,timely documentation

Requirements
•State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD,DC, VA, PA, orNJ required)
•Active DEA license
•Monday-Fridayavailability during normal business hours
•Ability to standfor 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
