Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments and gathering comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

  • Providing evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs.

  • Setting collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and routinely monitoring their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

  • Offering teletherapy services as needed, accommodating clients' preferences and accessibility requirements.

  • Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment interventions following ethical and regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.

  • Participating in ongoing professional development workshops, webinars, and peer supervision sessions to continually enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A current and valid state license, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

  • Demonstrated empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, prior experience in a private practice setting or familiarity with telehealth modalities will be beneficial. Knowledge of additional therapeutic techniques or specializations, such as trauma-informed care or mindfulness practices, will also enhance your application.
