Construction Associate

Work within the Construction Business Unit. Handle construction claims litigation and/or arbitration. Prepare various contracts for construction industry professionals. Conduct legal research and draft motions related to cases. Collaborate with a legal team in advocacy roles. Requirements 2+ years of construction experience Courtroom experience including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Prior experience handling construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration Preparation of construction industry contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. Excellent analytical skills Detail-oriented Highly organized Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school Currently licensed to practice law in Arizona Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in handling construction claims litigation and arbitration, with strong skills in legal research, contract preparation, and advocacy.
