Our organization is currently in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics at our Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital – Indio Outpatient Pavilion, in collaboration with the SAC Health System. This state-of-the-art facility houses Loma Linda Pediatric Subspecialists and offers on-site Behavioral Health and Dental services.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are ideally situated in the Coachella Valley, which boasts a childhood population exceeding 135,000. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and we welcome recent graduates to apply!

Alongside a competitive salary, this position includes a paid differential. Clinic hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 4 PM on Fridays. Additionally, there is a requirement for one day of beeper call per month, which runs from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays or from 8 AM to 8 AM on weekends or holidays.

Indio is situated 70 miles east of our main campus and offers easy access to hotels and resorts in Palm Springs, located just 23 miles to the west. Known as the Festival City, Indio is one of the fastest-growing areas in the Coachella Valley and is conveniently located 30 miles from the stunning Joshua Tree National Park.

Compensation & Benefits

The listed compensation range reflects the starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on years of experience and/or faculty rank, ranging from $255,000 to $305,000. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is aligned with the compensation plans of the respective department. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
