Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is suited for a Clinical Pharmacist with inpatient experience seeking to apply their expertise in a dynamic hospital environment. The role involves clinical pharmacy responsibilities within an inpatient setting, supporting patient care through medication management and supervision.

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule/Hours:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Night shift: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize pharmacy automation systems such as Pyxis and Carousel for medication dispensing.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and perform thorough medication checks and verifications.
• Support clinical care by managing and verifying intravenous (IV) medications (IV experience is a strong plus).
• Provide pharmacy services for both Women's and Westside campuses as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• At least 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience required.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in New Mexico.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Open to first-time travelers willing to relocate for this contract.

• Duration: 13 weeks
