Department Manager - Desert Hills

Summary As Department Manager you will own a department or floor's performance, leading and coaching a team of client advisors to meet individual, department, and store targets. You will support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients, drive category sales, and secure succession plans through recruitment and development. The role also includes managing customer flow and experience as well as overseeing daily operations and inventory management. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience Set individual and team goals, provide regular performance coaching and feedback Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to secure succession plans Drive sales and product knowledge for an assigned category, analyze performance and implement action plans Manage customer flow, optimize data capture and cultivate long-term client relationships Lead store operations in the absence of senior management including opening, closing, and inventory oversight Requirements Proven experience leading teams in a similar luxury retail environment Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client centric mindset Passion and knowledge of the product category and fashion, art, or culture Ability to coach, develop talent, and work side by side with the team Agile, creative problem solving and the ability to manage operational responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
