As an Assistant Teacher , you'll work hand-in-hand with our amazing teachers to create an environment filled with laughter, learning, and love. From engaging with children during play to ensuring their needs are met throughout the day, you'll be an essential part of a nurturing and dynamic team. As a Lead Teacher , you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a classroom of young learners, designing and implementing curriculum that fosters curiosity, creativity, and academic growth. You'll be a key role model for both children and assistant teachers, providing guidance and inspiration. You'll also build strong relationships with families, offering updates on their child's development and working together to ensure the best possible learning experience. As Support Staff , you’ll provide valuable assistance wherever needed, stepping into various classrooms and roles to ensure that every child receives the care and attention they deserve. You will be an integral part of the team, offering support to both teachers and children as you help maintain smooth daily operations. Whether you're helping with classroom activities, offering additional hands-on care, or stepping in to support teacher transitions, your flexibility and teamwork will help create a positive and effective learning environment. What You’ll Do: Assist in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Provide nurturing care, ensuring each child’s safety and well-being. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and growth. Foster children’s emotional, social, and intellectual development through hands-on interaction and play. Make daily observations to track children’s health, progress, and development. Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development to grow your skills. Engage in fun activities: play, sing, read, paint, dance, build, laugh, and more! Use your creativity to guide children in learning essential life skills such as eating, dressing, napping, and personal hygiene. Help children adapt to new experiences and provide comfort during transitions. Keep learning exciting and joyful with a nurturing environment that celebrates curiosity and imagination. State Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must meet the required academic qualifications. Ability to care for and supervise children according to Minimum Standards guidelines.  A satisfactory background check is required. What We Love to See: CDA, or other early childhood education credentials (a plus!). Previous childcare experience (a plus!). First Aid certification (a plus!).
