At Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Jonesboro we’re passionate about helping families relax, refresh, and enjoy their backyards. From premium hot tubs to custom pools, our team delivers top-notch products and outstanding service. We’re seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our crew and keep our customers’ pools and spas running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hot tubs, swimming pools, and related equipment (pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems).
Perform regular maintenance, water testing, and chemical balancing.
Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot customer issues.
Deliver and install pool/spa parts and accessories.
Educate customers on equipment operation and basic care.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Work with the service manager to schedule and complete jobs efficiently.

Qualifications

Mechanical, plumbing, or electrical background preferred (training available).
Pool/spa industry experience a plus but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
